Working principle of electric butterfly valve:
The working power supply usually includes AC220V, AC380V, etc. Input signal: 4~20mA 0~10V weak current signal. After the adjustment type electric actuator and valve stem are connected and debugged; Using electrical energy as the driving force to drive the hard sealed butterfly valve plate, it undergoes partial rotation motion from 0 to 90 degrees. Receive 4-20mA signals from industrial automation control systems to control valve opening, thereby achieving regulation and control of different process parameters such as flow rate, temperature, and pressure.
Application areas of electric butterfly valves:
Widely used in industrial process automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical, water treatment, municipal engineering, papermaking, electricity, water treatment, etc.
Butterfly valves are suitable for the HVAC and refrigeration industries, as well as for industrial, general service, and water treatment applications.
Installation and maintenance of electric butterfly valve:
1. During installation, the valve disc should be stopped in the closed position.
2. The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.
3. Butterfly valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening.
4. The installation should be carried out according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. For heavy butterfly valves, a solid foundation should be set up.
