Working principle of built-in safety valve
date:2024-05-28 10:21
The SANA42F internal safety valve is mainly used on railway and automotive liquefied gas tankers or ground liquefied gas storage tanks, providing overpressure safety protection. The scope of use is very extensive, and the same valve has different combinations in different occasions and working conditions
Working principle of built-in safety valve
The safety valve plays a safety protection role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve opens to discharge a portion of the gas in the system into the atmosphere, ensuring that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, thereby ensuring that accidents do not occur due to excessive pressure.
Installation instructions for internal safety valves
1. Safety valves should be installed vertically.
2. There should be no resistance at the outlet to avoid compression.
3. Special testing should be conducted before installation and its sealing should be checked.
4. Regular inspections should be conducted on the equipment in use.
