Installation of pressure balance valve control differential pressure:

ZYC type self operated differential pressure control valve installed on the return water pipeline is taken as an example to illustrate its working principle. When the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal is transmitted from the connecting pipe to the upper cavity of the diaphragm, which drives the valve core to move down or up, reducing or increasing the flow area of the valve seat. P2-P3 also increased or decreased until P1-P2 remained constant. When the backwater pressure P3 increases or decreases, the flow velocity from the valve seat to the outlet decreases or increases, and the diaphragm downpressure P2 also increases or decreases at this moment, driving the valve core up or down until the force on the diaphragm is rebalanced, P2 returns to the original value, and the original value of P1-P2 protection is constant, thus ensuring that the pressure difference between the supply and return water of the controlled system is basically unchanged.

Installation requirements of self operated pressure balance valve

Install according to the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. DN32 ~ 125 should be installed on the return pipe. Install the installation joint of the connecting pipe on the water supply pipe, and confirm that its inner hole is connected with the water supply pipe (the installation joint is 1 / 4 pipe thread). Then install the connecting pipe. The other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the control hole on the valve.
